What is a Doula?
Doula means "servant of a woman". A Doula will listen and encourage you through pregnancy, birth, and postpartum. I'm here to be your support during one of the most beautiful, challenging, and empowering moments of your life.

I'm the second born of seven. This dream of mine of becoming a doula started when I was eleven. I had the privilege of being at my little brother's birth, which was the most amazing, intense, beautiful thing I've ever witnessed and I knew that this was something I needed to get into.
When I'm not working, I'm at the beach, baking yummy desserts, on a walk, or hanging out with my friends and family. BTW, during all these things I'll have a cup of coffee in hand, because what is better than coffee?
